6. Refunds and Exchanges
We offer refunds or exchanges under the following conditions:

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery, and the product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and with proof of purchase.
Please note, refunds or exchanges are not available for customized or engraved items unless they are faulty.

7. Jewellery Repair Service
We offer repair services for all jewelry purchased from The Gold Palace Jewellers. Repairs due to manufacturing defects are free of charge within the warranty period (1 year from purchase). For damages not caused by manufacturing defects or for repairs requested after the warranty period, a service charge will be applied. Customers are responsible for shipping costs when sending items for repair.

8. Warranty
We provide a 1-year warranty on all our products, covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorized repairs.

9. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund. After this period, cancellations will not be accepted unless under special circumstances, subject to approval.
