5. Shipping and Delivery

We offer nationwide shipping. Shipping fees and delivery times vary based on your location and the value of the order. Orders will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days unless otherwise stated. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery status.

6. Refunds and Exchanges

We offer refunds or exchanges under the following conditions:

If the product is found to be defective or damaged upon receipt.
If there’s a discrepancy between the item ordered and the item received.

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery, and the product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and with proof of purchase.
Please note, refunds or exchanges are not available for customized or engraved items unless they are faulty.

7. Jewellery Repair Service

We offer repair services for all jewelry purchased from The Gold Palace Jewellers. Repairs due to manufacturing defects are free of charge within the warranty period (1 year from purchase). For damages not caused by manufacturing defects or for repairs requested after the warranty period, a service charge will be applied. Customers are responsible for shipping costs when sending items for repair.

8. Warranty

We provide a 1-year warranty on all our products, covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorized repairs.

9. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund. After this period, cancellations will not be accepted unless under special circumstances, subject to approval.
